My Take On Lakme Eyeconic Kajal

I'm an absolute Kajal fan but I always used to prefer the regular eyetex kajal which comes in a dibbi along with a stick as it is super creamy and waterline safe.

I was scared to pickup a complete cosmetic kajal as I wasn't confident to use it on my waterline. I tried the Colossal and had a very bitter experience (it just broke on second use :( ).
But when this kajal was launched i was very eager to try it out and especially wanted to compare it with the Colossal (the blogger in me wanted to, you know :P).
So I immediately picked up this kajal and I must admit, I haven't lived even a single day without it.

The Kajal comes in a sleek and thin pen style with twist up mechanism, fits in your wallet easily. So no struggle to sharpen it - alias no wastage ;)
Also the kajal is quite sturdy and doesn't break easily which is a very good thing upto me!

I absolute love the color of the packaging - one of my favourite combos, teal and black!! Screams style and trend :D

I would say it is not a dark charcoal black kajal but a deep and soft black kajal (defintely darker than other kajals however). I always love dreamy, dewy finishes and so this kajal is my absolute love!
It is waterline safe and can be used as a liner too. It doesn't tug and no pulling needed to line your lids with it.

It glides smooth and spreads easily. Gets set within a minute and so no worries of smudging. But oily lid beauties need to prep and prime your lids or you would end up with kajal all over your lids :(

Waterline safe, doesn't irritate or trouble your eyes when used on waterline (I have bit sensitive eyes and despite of that this kajal doesn't burn my eye).

Excellent base for that hot smoky eye looks ;)

Lasts well for 8+ hours - doesn't just budge or melt away!

Pocket friendly price I would say, doesn't burn a hole in your pocket for such a professional Kajal :) Good quantity for the price paid too!

Swatches:

Recommend\repurchase: If you aren't into the darkest dark kajal (that is the only drawback of this kajal), then Lakme eyeconic is the one you must pick. It is a must have for me :)

I have already repurchased it and would do in future too ;)

Rating: 10 out of 5 for such an excellent Kajal\eyeliner :D
